Just wanted to leave a comment for you. My Grandson, who you were so kind to contact me about was given his job back last night. We talked about how important it was to have parents who were loving and supportive as you are with yours. My daughter and son-in-law contacted the disability act folks and then made an appointment with the district manager of Mcdonalds. My children had not issued a formal complaint, rather thought it would be easier to give the manager a chance. He then gave my grandson a different position. My grandson is soo happy. Just goes to show how parents love and nuturing is so important.
